We control the quality since materials arrive. We have workshop QC responsible for each production line to check product dimensions and other details during the one-by-one producing process. Inspection QC does spot checks for each batch every day, and package workers do 100% product appearance inspection one by one when they package the parts into the carton. We trust quality needs to be controlled on the producing line, not just the final step.

We have high-precision machining centers to produce small tolerance products and also have some automatic CNC machines, CNC machines, stamping machines, automatic drill-hole machines, and sandblasting machines, etc. Except for plating, we do the whole producing process in our own factory.

The MOQ is 1000 PCS.

The lead time is 30 days as usual, but it will be based on the order quantity and delivery due to the customer's plan.
