Our warranty period is 12 months after the cargo leaves China port. For quality issues, we provide remote solutions first, and if caused by product quality, we air-ship spare parts for free.

We customize the shipping plan based on order quantity and target port. Small batches use air freight or LCL, while large batches use FCL container or bulk vessel shipping.

What about delivery time?

Standard specification products generally take 4 to 8 weeks. Non-standard customized cranes have delivery times subject to the confirmed technical agreement.
