It utilizes a quick-change mold structure and an integrated die/mandrel design, reducing mold changeover time by approximately 1.5 hours; general operators can quickly complete the switch, minimizing downtime losses.

Taking the common 110mm pipe as an example, the maximum production speed reaches 12 m/min; combined with efficient water cooling and vacuum sizing systems, it ensures continuous, stable operation. Daily output (based on 22 hours of effective production) exceeds 15,000 meters, with specific figures varying slightly based on pipe diameter, wall thickness, and raw materials.

Yes. We provide free on-site engineering support to guide installation and commissioning, and offer comprehensive training (theory plus hands-on practice) for operators. The equipment comes with a 12-month warranty, and spare parts are available for the lifetime of the equipment.

The delivery lead time for a standard configuration is typically 60 to 90 days (after receipt of the deposit). Payment terms generally involve a 50 percent deposit via TT with the remaining 50 percent balance paid before shipment, or an LC at sight; specific terms can be negotiated based on order specifications and quantity.
