Q:What about the trade term, payment term?

Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP are all accepted.Payment terms: Our standard payment term is 30% T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight. For trial orders of some play parts, we accept Western Union,credit card, PayPal, or cash.

Q:Does your product have any certificates?

Yes, our products comply with the EU standard. But for indoor & outdoor playgrounds, we don't have a certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. Therefore,the certificate is always applied by our client, taking into account the cost.

Q:This is my first time importing the children's playground. What should we do?
