Q:How long does it take to get a plan or design?

It depends on the size of your playground. Typically, it takes three working days to complete the overall design.

Q:What are the trade and payment terms?

Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP are all accepted. Payment terms: 30% T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight. For trial orders, we accept Western Union, credit card, PayPal, or cash.

Q:Does your product have any certificates?

Yes, our products comply with the EU standard. But for indoor & outdoor playgrounds, we don't have a certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. Therefore, the certificate is always applied by our client, taking into account the cost.

Q:This is my first time importing the children's playground. What should we do?

If you have no imported license, pls find a customs company local to help with customs clearance.
