Cold stretch sleeve film is a highly elastic PE film that does not require heating and uses its own elastic recoil force to clamp goods. Compared with heat shrink film, it does not require a drying tunnel, is extremely energy-saving, and poses no fire risk; compared with stretch film, a single sleeve can achieve 360-degree secure wrapping, with more durable clamping force, making it especially suitable for packaging heavy goods and pallets with sharp edges.

We can typically produce membrane sleeves with a fold diameter of 800-2800mm and a thickness of 80-200 microns. Whether it's a standard pallet or an extra-large equipment pallet, we can customize the molds and processes according to your required membrane sleeve circumference and thickness.

This is precisely the advantage of cold-stretch only sheathing film. Through an inner toughening formula and multi-layer co-extrusion, the film's puncture and tear resistance is far superior to ordinary stretch film. It is specially designed for heavy goods with sharp edges, such as refractory bricks and irregularly shaped equipment, and can significantly reduce damage.

The mainstream model is a three-layer co-extrusion. The three-layer structure separates different functions: the outer layer is anti-slip and wear-resistant, the middle layer provides high elasticity and shrinkage force, and the inner layer strengthens puncture resistance and heat sealing. Each layer performs its own function, which is difficult for a single-layer film to achieve at the same time.

The machine comes standard with an IBC membrane bubble internal cooling system, automatic air ring, 360-degree rotating traction, and precision gap winding. It automatically adjusts the membrane bubble diameter and thickness in real time, and the rotating winding eliminates accumulated deviations, ensuring a flat membrane roll with a knife-cut end face.
