The standard model has a maximum output of 450 kg/h and a total power of about 500 kW, which is about 15% more energy efficient than ordinary models of the same specifications.

It supports the combination of PE and LLDPE to balance toughness and puncture resistance; it can also be combined with metallocene polyethylene to improve film transparency and heat-sealing strength; and functional additives such as antistatic masterbatch and slip masterbatch can be added to meet the needs of different scenarios.

This is a common challenge in the production of self-adhesive films. By optimizing the flow channel design of the screw and die, we reduce the high-temperature residence time of the melt in the retention zone, thereby eliminating gel particles at the source and avoiding the generation of crystal points and flow lines.

We offer three-layer, five-layer, or seven-layer co-extrusion blown film lines, with the three-layer structure being the most common.

The blown film is biaxially stretched, exhibiting high and balanced strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. It is not prone to longitudinal tearing, has good stiffness, excellent bonding and machine movement properties, and lower equipment investment and operating costs.
