Battery Electrolyte Filling Nitrogen Atmosphere Containerized Nitrogen Plant

A1: Clean, dry compressed air is fed into vessels filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas. The system uses twin towers that alternate between adsorption and regeneration to ensure continuous nitrogen production.

A2: To properly select the right system, we need the following: required nitrogen flow rate, purity, delivery pressure, dew point, operating schedule, any peak demand, ambient temperature range, altitude, available power supply, application, site layout, and whether a booster or purifier is needed.

A3: Our standard payment terms are T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For new partnerships, we usually work with a 30% T/T deposit and the balance before shipment. Once mutual trust is established through successful cooperation, we are open to discussing more flexible terms for future orders.

A4: Yes. For critical applications, we can specify redundant compressors, dryers, generator trains, analyzers, or parallel PSA modules. The level of redundancy is designed to match your required system availability and maintenance strategy.

A5: Normal operation is fully automatic via PLC control. Operators are only needed for routine inspection, scheduled maintenance, and responding to alarms. If required, remote monitoring can transmit operating data to a central control room.
