On-site installation & commissioning, operator training, and spare part replacement within the 1-year warranty period are all free of charge with no additional fees. Only customized special accessories (such as dedicated welding fixtures) will be charged separately.

Three mainstream payment terms are available: 1) T/T: 30% advance deposit; 50% paid after machine completion; 20% paid after successful installation and commissioning. 2) L/C: 90-day usance L/C issued by reputable banks is acceptable. 3) Western Union: Only applicable for small orders of spare parts. For new customers, flexible terms can be negotiated: 40% advance payment + 50% against copy of Bill of Lading + 10% retention money (paid after 3 months).
