MOQ for standard models is 1 unit. Stock models have a lead time of 45-60 days. MOQ for customized models (e.g., equipped with automatic feeding devices, special welding heads) is 2 units.

Taking Shenzhen Port as an example, FOB price covers the main machine, standard accessories (1 set of laser welding head, 1 cooling system, 1 operation manual) and factory inspection charges. On-site installation & commissioning, operator training, and spare part replacement within the 1-year warranty period are all free of charge with no additional fees. Only customized special accessories (such as dedicated welding fixtures) will be charged separately.

Three mainstream payment terms are available: 1) T/T: 30% advance deposit; 50% paid after machine completion; 20% paid after successful installation and commissioning. 2) L/C: 90-day usance L/C issued by reputable banks is acceptable. 3) Western Union: Only applicable for small orders of spare parts. For new customers, flexible terms can be negotiated: 40% advance payment + 50% against copy of Bill of Lading + 10% retention money (paid after 3 months).

The whole machine enjoys a 1-year warranty; core components including laser generator and cooling system carry a 2-year warranty. Lifetime maintenance service is available. For failures occurring within warranty: 1) Response within 2 hours with remote troubleshooting guidance; 2) Free spare parts shipped within 48 hours; 3) On-site engineer service arranged within 72 hours for major breakdowns (covering major industrial cities worldwide).
