Depends on items, some we can, some need mould cost. If you need to customize others, please contact us.
Q:What is your packing method?

For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together.
Q:How long is the delivery time?

Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment.
Q:Can we get free samples before bulk orders?

We have no free samples. When you place the bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you.
Q:How to select a suitable steamer for my sauna room?
A:
Calculate the room's volume (Length*Width*Height) in meter. The power of the steam generator is equal to the CBM of the room. Usually, the machine power should be high than the volume number if the volume is not an integer.
