What stainless steel do you use? Is it food grade 304?

Our sink is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel (18/8, with a nickel content of about 8-12%), which is food grade, hygienic, and corrosion-resistant. We can provide material certificates and third-party spectrometer analysis. For coastal or highly corrosive environments, we can also provide 316L grade according to requirements. Some customers also use 201 stainless steel material, and we will provide corresponding product solutions according to their needs.

What thickness options are available, and what suits my market?

We provide panel thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 5.0mm and bowl thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 1.2mm and above as requested. For the high-end markets in Europe and the United States, 1.0mm-1.2mm (18/16 specification) is a common choice for durability and perceived quality; For cost sensitive markets such as Africa and parts of the Middle East, a thickness of 0.6mm to 1.0mm has high value, while still using stainless steel 304/201. We will recommend the best thickness for your target price.

What sizes and configurations do you offer?

We produce top mounted, bottom mounted, and handmade styles of single bowl and double bowl sinks, as well as waterfall sinks, with common external dimensions ranging from approximately 600*450mm to 1200*500mm and varying depths. We also provide related accessories. If you have your own drawings or target models, we can develop matching or customized configurations.

What surface finishes are available?

We offer brushed (satin), nano coated (PVD colored finish), including nano glossy black, gun gray, rose gold, matte black, and champagne gold. Nano coatings provide anti fingerprint, scratch resistant, and easier to clean surfaces. We can match the finish and color samples you need.

Which standards do your sinks meet?

Our kitchen sink is manufactured and tested in accordance with European standard EN 13310 (Kitchen Sink - Functional Requirements and Testing Methods), including drainage, thermal shock resistance, and dry heat resistance. Our stainless steel material meets the food contact requirements of EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. For other markets, we support testing according to applicable requirements and provide relevant testing reports based on customer payment requirements.

Holding CE EU certification; We can provide third-party testing reports such as SGS/Intertek on material composition, thickness, salt spray, load-bearing capacity, and surface durability; Other relevant tests can be conducted according to the target market and project.

How do you control quality? Can we have a third-party inspection?

Accepted Answer

We run a full QC chain: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection on the line, 100% final inspection, and pre-shipment sampling per AQL (ISO 2859-1). Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, Intertek or your own agent are welcome before shipment, and we ship only after inspection is passed or after mutual agreement on any findings.

Yes. We can customize outer dimensions, bowl depth, overflow position and shape, drain-hole position and quantity, and installation type per your drawings. Custom tooling and mold costs depend on complexity and are usually shared or amortized for confirmed volume orders.

Can you customize packaging for our market?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer export-grade packaging options: brown carton or retail color box, EPS/EPE foam protection, reinforced trays, palletizing, multi-language printing, barcode labels, retail-ready display packaging, and vacuum or rust-preventive packaging for long transit. Our export cartons can be engineered to your market's requirements, such as stronger stacking for African land transport.

What is your MOQ? Can we start with a trial order?

Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per model . We encourage a small trial order or sample order first so you can verify quality, packaging and documentation before scaling up. Larger accounts can also discuss mixed-container programs.

What are your payment terms and trade terms for quotation?

Accepted Answer

We normally work on T/T: 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance before shipment (or against the bill of lading copy for repeat customers). EXW and FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen Port) can be quoted. The validity period of the quotation is generally 30 days, with a tiered quotation based on quantity
