Ceiling GRP Fiber Optic Wire Mesh Basket Galvanized HDG Perforated Cable Tray

Wire mesh cable tray, also called wire basket tray, is a welded steel mesh support used to organize and route cables. It suits data centers, telecom rooms, commercial buildings, and industrial plants where light weight, airflow, and fast installation are priorities.

Open mesh saves weight and cost, maximizes ventilation, and lets cables shed heat and dust. It is easy to cut, bend, and modify on site. Choose ladder or solid tray when extreme loads, EMI shielding, or continuous cable support are required.

Standard options include pre-galvanized and electro-galvanized steel for dry indoor use, hot-dip galvanized steel for industrial and outdoor environments, and stainless steel grades 304, 316, or 316L for corrosive, washdown, marine, and cleanroom applications. Powder-coated colors are also available.

Common widths range from 50 mm to 600 mm, heights from 50 mm to 200 mm, and standard lengths are 3 m. Mesh spacing is typically 50 x 100 mm or 100 x 100 mm, with wire diameters from 3 mm to 6 mm. Custom dimensions can be manufactured.

Capacity depends on tray width, height, wire diameter, mesh pattern, and support spacing. We provide load tables based on deflection testing for each configuration. Always compare your actual cable load against the rated capacity at your chosen support span before installation.
