Initial production stage with sample approval. 6. Middle production with photos. 7. End production with final approval or third-party inspection. 8. Pay balance and ship goods. 9. Receive goods and confirm satisfaction. 10. Provide feedback.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
For custom woven ties, the minimum order is 50 ties. For quantities less than 50, even under 20 pieces per design is acceptable. For custom printed ties or scarves, the minimum order is 100 ties.
Q:Can you handle urgent orders?
A:
Yes, if your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance. We can arrange special handling to catch the deadline if possible.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% before production and balance before shipment. For amounts under $1000, 100% payment is required before production. For sample costs under $500, PayPal is accepted. For amounts over $500, Western Union or T/T is recommended. Balance can also be paid against B/L copy or via L/C.
Q:What are the sample times?
A:
Existing samples take 1 day. Custom design samples take 3-10 days based on the design received.
