For custom woven ties, the minimum order is 50 ties. For quantities less than 50, even under 20 pieces per design is possible. For custom printed ties or scarves, the minimum order is 100 ties.
Q:Can you handle urgent orders?
A:
Yes, if your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance. We can arrange special handling to catch the deadline if possible.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% payment before production and balance before shipment. For amounts under $1000, 100% payment is required before production. For sample costs under $500, PayPal is accepted. For amounts over $500, Western Union or T/T is recommended.
Q:What are the sample times?
A:
Sampling time is 1 day for existing samples and 3-10 days for custom designs based on your requirements.
