For custom woven ties, the minimum is 50 ties, but orders as low as 20 pieces per design are accepted. For custom printed ties/scarves, the minimum order is 100 ties.
Q:Can you handle urgent orders?
A:
Yes, if your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance. We can make special arrangements to catch up on the schedule.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% payment before production and balance before shipment. For amounts under $1000, 100% payment is required before production. For sample costs under $500, PayPal is accepted; for amounts over $500, Western Union or T/T is recommended.
Q:What is the sample lead time?
A:
Sampling time is 3-10 days based on your design. For existing samples, the time is 1 day.
