Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
For custom woven ties, the minimum order is 50 ties. For quantities less than 50, even down to 20 pieces per design, please contact us. For custom printed ties or scarves, the minimum order is 100 ties.
Q:Can you handle urgent orders?
A:
Yes, if your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance. We can arrange special handling to catch up if possible.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% payment before production and balance before shipment. For amounts less than $1000, 100% payment is required before production. For sample costs under $500, PayPal is accepted. For amounts over $500, Western Union or T/T is recommended.
Q:What is the sample time?
A:
Sampling time is 3-10 days for custom designs and 1 day for existing samples.
