Initial production stage with sample approval. 6. Middle production with progress photos. 7. End production with final approval or third-party inspection. 8. Pay balance and ship goods. 9. Receive goods and confirm satisfaction. 10. Provide feedback.
Q:How to do about small qty. order?
A:
For custom woven ties, the minimum order is 50 ties. However, orders fewer than 50, even less than 20 pieces per design, are accepted. For custom printed ties or scarves, the minimum order is 100 ties. Please contact us for details on small quantities.
Q:How about urgent order?
A:
If your order is very urgent, please let us know in advance. We can arrange special handling to catch up the delivery time if possible.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% payment before production and balance before shipment. For amounts less than $1000, 100% payment is required before production. For sample costs under $500, PayPal is accepted. For amounts over $500, Western Union or T/T is recommended. Balance can also be paid against B/L copy or via L/C.
Q:What is the sample time?
A:
Sampling time for custom designs is 3-10 days. For existing samples, the time is 1 day. Sample time is based on the received deposit.
