Initial production stage: samples sent for approval. 6. Middle production: photos of production line sent. 7. End production: mass production photos/samples for approval. 8. Pay balance and ship goods. 9. Receive goods and confirm satisfaction. 10. Provide feedback.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
For custom woven ties, the minimum order is 50 ties. For custom printed ties/scarves, it is 100 ties. Orders under 50 pieces per design are also accepted upon contact.
Q:How about urgent orders?
A:
If your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance. We can arrange special handling to catch the deadline if possible.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 50% before production and balance before shipment. For amounts under $1000, 100% payment is required before production. Samples under $500 can be paid via PayPal; amounts over $500 prefer Western Union or T/T.
Q:Can I customize the tie dimensions and shape?
A:
Yes, the standard size is 146cm x 8cm, but we can produce any requested size and shapes, including triangle tips or flat tips.
