The motor transmits power via a belt drive to the movable jaw, which performs cyclic motion around the eccentric shaft relative to the fixed jaw.

During the downward stroke, the toggle plate-jaw angle decreases. Driven by the rod and spring system, the movable jaw retracts from the fixed jaw, allowing crushed material to discharge freely.

As the movable jaw moves upward, the angle between the toggle plate and the jaw increases. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, materials are crushed through combined compression.
