Normally production time is around 30-60 days, depending on the machine type. Shipping time is based on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? how much the cost?

We send engineers to install and train staff. Customer pays for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD200/day/person.

Q:How long time for installation?

We send one or two engineers. Installation takes about 10 to 25 days depending on the order.

Q:How about the spare parts?
