Q:What kind of bricks can this logo rolling machine process?
A:
It works for clay brick, shale brick, coal gangue brick green bricks. It processes unfired wet green bricks right after extrusion, before brick cutting. Not suitable for hard fired finished bricks.
Q:Can I customize my own brand logo or special stripe patterns on bricks?
A:
Yes. The rollers are replaceable. We can produce custom-made rollers with customer-specific logo, text or stripe patterns according to drawings or samples. Roller replacement is quick.
Q:Does this machine need extra power source? How to install it on existing brick production line?
A:
Normally driven by the extruder output power. No separate motor required in most cases. It is mounted between vacuum extruder and brick column cutting machine. We provide installation guidance for retrofitting your existing brick making line.
