This brick-unloading equipment is professionally customized for tunnel kiln and rotary tunnel kiln, specially used for grabbing, destacking and arranging finished fired-bricks after firing.
High-level mechanized operation replaces heavy-duty manual brick-handling. Fast unloading speed greatly improves production efficiency and solves the bottleneck of slow artificial brick stacking.
Two optional configurations, fixed-type unloading machine and mobile travelling-type unloading machine. Fixed model adapts to standard tunnel kilns while the mobile one matches rotary tunnel kiln work
Special-designed brick clamping gripper holds brick piles steadily without damaging fired bricks. Smooth running reduces brick breakage rate during the whole destacking procedure.
One-machine automatic completion for kiln-out brick destacking work. Cut down large-quantity manual-labour demand and lower your long-term factory labour expense.
It can perfectly coordinate with brick-setting machine, tunnel kiln, brick packaging machine and other equipment, forming a complete automated fired-brick production workflow.
