It is installed in front of the vacuum extruder. It mixes raw clay materials, removes impurities through screen plate, and completes preliminary compression. It improves material plasticity while avoiding blockage, preparing qualified material for downstream vacuum extrusion.
Q:Can we replace the screen plate without stopping the machine?
A:
Yes. The screen plate adopts hydraulic control system. Operators can replace or adjust screen plates without shutting down the whole machine, which minimizes production interruption.
