Dual-Motor Screenless Hammer Crusher with Series Connected Double Rotors

During operation, two series-connected rotors rotate at high speed driven by dual motors. Materials are first crushed by the upper rotor, then further pulverized by the lower rotor's hammers, while colliding with each other at high velocity in the chamber, finally forming coal slag particles <3mm in size for internal combustion brick production.

This series features feed sizes <100-250mm, output sizes <3mm (including 50% of 0.5~0.075mm fraction), capacities from 5-180t/h, and power from 7.5+7.5kW to 160+200kW, adapting to raw material crushing needs for internal combustion brick production lines of different scales.
