High Efficiency Sfkf Servo Air Overturning Machine for Clay Brick Plants

This machine is specially used in brick production line to overturn wet brick blanks in the air, turning the perforated side upward. It removes bottom residual mud, optimizes air circulation during firing inside tunnel kiln, and greatly reduces brick cracking & deformation after sintering.

Traditional chain flip machines use chain transmission, which wears quickly, needs frequent replacement and often causes brick damage. Our servo air overturn model cancels fragile chain parts, with servo motor precise control. It has lower failure rate, easier daily maintenance and much lower brick blank breakage rate.

The maximum brick turning frequency of SFKF model is 7 times per minute, it can work stably matching medium & large automatic brick production lines. We can customize faster models for high-output factories if you need.
