TY80 series coarse pug mill is specially developed for the rough kneading process of common ceramic mud and saggar mud in daily ceramic production lines.
The series contains TY8030 and TY8035 two complete models with obvious capacity differentiation
Each model adopts fixed stable auger rotating speed: TY8030 runs at 30r/min, TY8035 runs at 37r/min.
Designed with large-diameter feeding auger, the machine boasts outstanding high output performance. The TY8035 model can reach up to 20 tons of mud per hour
Adopts mature split box body and open transmission structure design. Key wearing components are easy to disassemble, inspect and replace without complicated professional tools.

Q:What mud materials can TY80 series coarse pug mill process?
A:
This machine is mainly used for coarse pugging of conventional daily ceramic raw mud and saggar mud. It is specially suitable for raw clay with moisture content above 24%. It is a pre-processing equipment for rough mixing, not recommended for high-grade light color porcelain mud that requires anti-pollution stainless steel contact parts.
Q:Can this coarse pug mill work together with vacuum de-airing pug mill?
A:
Absolutely yes. The TY80 series acts as front-end coarse refining equipment. After raw mud is fully mixed and homogenized by this coarse pug mill, mud will be sent to vacuum de-airing pugmill for secondary fine kneading and de-airing, greatly improving the mud refining quality and the stability of subsequent ceramic forming process.
Q:What moisture content of mud does this machine adapt to?
A:
The equipment is designed for high-moisture raw mud, applicable to clay materials with moisture content above 24%. If mud moisture is too low, feeding blockage and uneven mixing may occur.
