Suitable for screening bulk materials such as sand, gravel, coal, coke and minerals. It transfers materials from hopper to crusher and realizes size-grading for subsequent crushing processing.
Complete series of vibrating screens are available. We can design and supply targeted models according to customer-required handling capacity and actual working conditions.
Driven by eccentric block vibrator, the screen box generates stable circular motion through centrifugal force. Materials are continuously thrown on inclined screen surface for efficient classification
Equipped with high quality vibrator, eccentric block, screen mesh, damping spring, V-belt and matched motor. Flexible coupling connects motor and vibrator for smooth power transmission.
Multiple screen decks (1-4 layers)and various models for selection. Different installation slope, feeding size, processing capacity and motor power meet diversified production demands.
Maximum throughput can reach up to 720 tons per hour, applicable for small-size test production as well as large-scale heavy-duty mining and aggregate production lines.
