Specially installed at the outlet of drying chamber and tunnel kiln, pulls out kiln carts loaded with dried green bricks or finished fired bricks, completing the discharging workflow.
Three models OP-4, OP-4.6, OP-6.9, perfectly fit 3.3m, 4.6m, 6.9m tunnel kilns, covering small, medium and large-scale brick production lines.
Max pulling force ranges from 22KN-60KN; single stroke up to 3750mm, meets long-distance pulling requirements for various kiln-cart specifications.
Working speed 5-6 m/min, stable pulling motion, effectively avoid collision and crack of finished fired bricks and dried green brick bodies.
Optimized machine dimension layout, motor power 3-4kw, low power consumption, suitable for continuous cyclic production in brick plants.
Solid mechanical transmission structure, strong anti-high-temperature performance, adapts the high-temperature harsh environment at kiln outlet.

It is installed at the outlet end of tunnel dryer and tunnel kiln. Its main job is to pull kiln carts out from inside the kiln, including carts with dried green bricks from dryer and carts with finished fired bricks from firing tunnel kiln.
Q:How do I choose the suitable model for my project?
A:
You need to confirm the inner width of your tunnel kiln first, we have OP-4 for 3.3m kiln, OP-4.6 for 4.6m kiln and OP-6.9 for 6.9m kiln. Besides, confirm the total weight of loaded kiln cart to verify pulling-force requirement.
Q:What is the difference between outlet pulling machine and hydraulic pusher?
A:
The hydraulic pusher pushes kiln carts into the dryer or kiln from the inlet side. The outlet pulling machine pulls kiln carts out from the kiln outlet. They cooperate with ferry push car to realize full-cycle automatic kiln-cart circulation.
