Q:What is the delivery time for orders?

Normally, machine orders take 30 days after pre-payment received. Mold orders take 45 days after confirming the product or mold drawing. For special and customized orders, please inquire with sales.

Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. Flights are available from Shanghai (1 hour), Guangzhou (2 hrs), and Shenzhen (2 hrs). Trains from Shanghai take 2 hours. You are welcome to visit.

Q:Can engineers come to help with installation and commissioning?

Yes, our engineers are available to travel to your place under safe conditions. However, round flight tickets and accommodation costs need to be borne by you.
