Yes, we can send engineers to your factory for installing, commissioning, and training. Usually 5-15 days are enough. Customers need to prepare an invitation letter for visa and pay for visa, travel, and hotel costs in advance.

What is the warranty period?

Totally 24-months warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, and electric components. The screw has a 6-month warranty. We supply broken parts for free, but clients pay transportation costs.

Is there a price difference between screw types A, B, and C?

No, there is no price difference in the price for choosing A/B/C screw types. The screw model is designed for different materials and requirements.

How to choose the screw type?

For PC, PA (Nylon), and other high viscosity materials, choose Screw A. For PP, PE, PS materials, choose Screw B. For recycled materials, choose Screw C.

What is the delivery period after placing the order?

Normally the delivery date will be in one month after receiving the down payment.
