Q:What is your policy for samples?

For small samples, we offer them for free. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation, but we will refund the sample charge if you place an order next time.

Q:What are your trade terms and payment terms?

Our trade terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Payment terms are 50% deposit by T/T before mass production, with the balance paid before loading. L/C at sight is also available.

Q:Can you provide pictures of the finished production before delivery?

After finishing production, we will send customers production photos. If there is no problem, customers pay the balance. After finishing loading the container, we will send loading details and loading pictures for your reference.
