Q:Do I need a data plan for the SIM card?

If you track via Web or App, GPRS data is necessary. For SMS commands only, no data plan is needed. In China, 100MB is enough for 10secs upload interval.

Q:Which trackers does the platform support?

Our software is compatible with most trackers like GT06N, JV200, GT02, etc. We recommend using the supplier's platform for simplified support.

Q:Why is there no response to SMS commands?

Check for: wrong password, improper SIM installation, weak GSM network, insufficient SIM credit/SMS, or a damaged SIM card.
