What materials/grades are available?

Carbon Steel Pipe: ASTM A53, A106 Gr.B, API 5L Gr.B/X42-X70. Stainless Steel: 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 310S, 2205 (Duplex). HRC: A36, SS400, S235JR, S355JR, Q235B, Q355B. Section Steel: A36, SS400, S355JR. Other grades can be sourced per customer requirements.

Do you provide Mill Test Certificate (MTC)?

Yes. All products come with original Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2) from steel mills such as TPCO, Baosteel, Henggang, Hegang, and Tsingshan.

Can you supply according to special standards?

Yes. We can supply products conforming to ASTM, API, EN, JIS, DIN, or GB standards based on customer requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Steel Pipe: 5-10 tons per size. HRC: 20-25 tons per thickness. Stainless Steel: 3-5 tons per item. Section Steel: 10-20 tons. Trial orders can be negotiated for new customers.

What are your delivery terms?

We accept FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, and EXW. The most common terms are FOB and CIF.

Stock items: 7-10 days. Mill production: 30-45 days (depending on quantity and specification). Peak season may extend lead time slightly.

Main ports include Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, and Qingdao. We can arrange shipment from other ports upon request.

How do you pack the goods?

Steel Pipe: Bundled with steel straps, woven cloth wrapping, wooden case for precision pipes. HRC: Wrapped with anti-rust paper + plastic film + woven cloth + steel edge protection. Stainless Steel: Wooden case with PE film + anti-rust paper inside. Section Steel: Bundled with steel straps, wooden pallet optional. All packing meets international shipping standards.

Can you provide third-party inspection?

Yes. We work with SGS, BV, Lloyd's, and other authorized inspection agencies. Costs can be negotiated.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight. Western Union / PayPal: For sample orders or small amounts.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Small samples (A4 size) are free of charge; buyers only pay courier fee. Larger samples require negotiation.

How do I place an order?

Send inquiry with specifications (material, size, quantity, standard). We provide quotation within 24 hours. Confirm order and sign Proforma Invoice (PI). Arrange deposit payment. Production starts (or stock arranged). Quality inspection and photos provided. Balance payment before shipment. Shipping documents sent by email.

Yes. We can print your logo, apply custom markings, and provide custom packing. OEM services are available for bulk orders.

What if the goods arrive damaged?

Please inspect goods upon arrival. Report any damage within 7 days with photos/video evidence. We will negotiate a solution: replacement, refund, or credit for future orders.
