AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryQingzhou Huizhong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2008, describing itself as focused on wheel loaders and skid steer loaders since 2006. The available information indicates manufacturing and processing activity, a 34,000 m² plant, 10 production lines, 50 quality-control staff, and stated wheel-loader output of 5,000 pieces annually. It reports ISO 9001:2008, CE, CE noise, ROPS/FOPS, and EPA certifications, although supplier-management-system certification is listed as NIL. The company states that it develops multiple specialized loader types and supports customer-specific requirements. It claims reliable after-service, but no detailed service network, warranty, or response evidence is provided. Export activity is indicated by Europe and Australia as primary markets and exports representing 71%–90% of sales. Customer-case evidence is limited to one recorded trade transaction and one named buyer.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Qingzhou Huizhong Machinery Co., Ltd., a Chinese limited company established in 2008. Its records describe it as a trade company and also document manufacturing and processing machinery activity, a manufacturing address, and a 34,000 m² plant, indicating a combined trading and manufacturing profile.

CertificationsThe supplier states that it obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification and that its wheel loader and skid steer loader products hold Europe CE, CE noise, ROPS/FOPS cabin, and EPA certificates. However, supplier management-system certification is separately recorded as NIL, so the evidence supports product and quality certifications but not broader supplier-management certification.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it has engaged in research and development of wheel loaders and skid steer loaders since 2006, with six years of R&D-engineer experience recorded. It also reports developing multiple specialized loader variants and applying a technology-led approach, which supports innovation activity, although no patents, R&D team size, or independently verified development results are provided.

Production capacityThe supplier reports 10 production lines, 50 quality-control staff, a 34,000 m² plant, 123 employees, and annual wheel-loader productivity of 5,000 pieces. It states order fulfillment within 15 workdays in both peak and off-peak periods, and describes increasing production capacity; these are explicit indicators of substantial production capability, though they are supplier-reported.

Customization capabilityThe company explicitly states that it can develop products according to customers’ actual requirements and lists specialized products including high-dump, ultra-low tunnel, wood-grabber, grass-grabber, fork, and off-road loaders. This directly supports product customization and variant-development capability.
