AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHangzhou Shikong Electric Co., Ltd. is described as a manufacturer of environmental electrical appliances, including dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and portable air conditioners. It offers OEM/ODM and several forms of customization, and reports ISO, CCC, and CE certification, although the product compliance certification specifically documented is CE. The supplier has broad export activity, with exports representing 71%–90% of sales and markets spanning Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. However, quality and operational controls show material weaknesses: one quality-control staff member, no quality-control testing equipment, no stated quality assurance, no traceability identification, and no written procedures for corrective actions or customer complaints. It also reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, or showroom capability. Financial credibility cannot be assessed from the provided information.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as an electrical-appliance manufacturer specializing in environmental electrical appliances, with a business scope covering household appliances, appliance R&D, professional design services, and related sales. It is explicitly not classified as a professional technical supplier and does not provide 3D software design services.

CertificationsThe company description states certification with ISO, CCC, and CE, while the product compliance field specifically records CE certification. These statements provide explicit evidence of certification holdings, although the supplied information does not identify the exact standards or certificates covered by each certification.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for effectively handling customer complaints, and it also lacks written corrective and preventive action procedures or records. This is explicit evidence of a weakness in documented after-sales and service-response capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season periods and has one quality-control staff member. However, it has no inventory capacity, no quality-control testing equipment, no stated quality assurance, no raw-material traceability identification, and no written procedures for supplier-service assessment or corrective actions, indicating significant production-control limitations.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also states that OEM and ODM services are available. These statements directly support a broad customization capability, although 3D software design services are not provided.
