Q:What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 100 pcs for standard products. For trial orders, samples are available first and the sample fee is refundable against bulk orders.

Q:Can you customize size, thickness and shape?

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom size, thickness, shape, edge processing, screen printing and coating options. Please send your drawings or samples for quotation.

Q:What surface treatments do you provide?

We provide AR (anti-reflective), AG (anti-glare), AF (anti-fingerprint) and ITO/FTO conductive coatings, as well as combinations such as AG+AF and AR+AF. Haze, transmittance, water contact angle and sheet resistance can all be customized.

Q:What is your lead time?

Samples take 7-10 days; bulk production takes 15-35 days depending on quantity and process complexity. The exact schedule is confirmed in the PI.

Q:How do you ship the goods?

We ship FOB Shenzhen by sea, air or express. We will recommend the most economical shipping solution for your order and provide the tracking number once the goods are dispatched.
