We use standard export packing materials. For Europe and Australia, we use fumigated wooden cases. For North America, South America, and Africa, we use three-ply or fumigated wooden cases. For Asia, we use wooden or three-ply cases.

Who installs the equipment?

Generally, the buyer visits our factory for training and installation. If needed, we can visit the buyer's factory, and the buyer pays for return air tickets and lodging.

What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide maintenance support. If under warranty, we replace and repair faulty parts free of charge, and the buyer pays for shipping. We can ship in-stock faulty parts within 1 day.
