How is the equipment packed for shipment?

We use standard export packing materials. For Europe and Australia, we use fumigated wooden cases. For other regions, we use three-ply or fumigated wooden cases.

Who installs the equipment?

Generally, the buyer visits our factory for training and installation. Alternatively, we can visit the buyer's factory, with the buyer paying for return air tickets and lodging.

What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide maintenance support. Under warranty, we replace and repair faulty parts free of charge, with the buyer paying only for shipping. In-stock faulty parts can be shipped within 1 day.
