AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryIcebear Refrigeration Tech Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2023, with 52 employees, two production lines, and stated export experience of two years. It offers sample, design, and full customization, ODM services, and OEM services for well-known brands. Production and service indicators include a stated annual output above the supplied threshold, one-month lead times, and 6–10 quality-control staff. However, the supplier reports no management-system certifications, no new products in the past year, and no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents/branches, or offline trade-show participation. Service-control documentation is incomplete: inspection instructions and corrective-action procedures exist without written records, while complaint handling has both a clear procedure and followed records. Reported financial figures are zero across the provided periods, so financial credibility cannot be positively established from the available data.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Icebear Refrigeration Tech Co., Ltd., a combined business entity and limited company established in 2023 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, with 52 employees. This provides clear legal and organizational identification, although the supplied information does not further clarify the meaning of “Combined.”

CertificationsThe supplier’s certification of management systems is explicitly listed as NIL. This is a stated absence of certification evidence and represents a deficiency for this field.

Production capacityThe supplier operates two production lines, has 6–10 quality-control staff, reports annual production output above the stated threshold, and indicates one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak periods. These explicit capacity and delivery indicators support production capability, although the supplied data does not specify product-level capacity or output verification.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, ODM services, and OEM services for well-known brands. The evidence directly supports broad customization capability.
