No. To ensure production efficiency and quality control, we only accept Full Container Load (FCL) orders. This also helps reduce unit cost and logistics risks for our clients.

What is your loading port?

We usually ship from Qingdao / Yantai / Weihai / Rizhao. The exact port can be confirmed based on your destination and freight forwarder requirements.

How do you ensure the containers are loaded efficiently?

We have professional loading plans to maximize cube utilization. Loading photos and packing lists are provided for every shipment.

Can you handle door-to-door shipping or DDP service?

For FOB terms, clients usually arrange their own freight forwarders. For CIF or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we can recommend reliable logistics partners to assist with customs clearance and delivery.

T/T (Bank Transfer) is preferred. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is negotiable for long-term partners.

Normally 30 days after deposit receipt and sample confirmation. Urgent orders can be discussed case by case.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, samples are available. Sample costs and shipping fees are borne by the buyer but can be refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
