Yes, samples are free for customers who confirm orders. The express freight is paid by the buyer but is fully refundable when the order is placed.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T with a 30% deposit in advance. The balance must be paid against the B/L copy within 3 days after the ship departs from the port.
Q:What is the normal lead time?

For small orders with stock, delivery is within 10 work days after receiving the 30% deposit. For large quantities, it takes 25-30 work days after receiving the deposit.
