What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T and L/C. Payment terms are 30% down payment when placing your order, and 70% balance payment before shipment.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on machine models and packing sizes. Usually within 30 days of Off Season and within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit.

Are there costs for technician service abroad?

Yes. If buyer needs our technician to fix the machine abroad, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets, accommodation and local transportation. Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
