Warranty is 1 Year. Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period. Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices. We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision.

What are the payment terms and delivery time?

Payment term: T/T, L/C, 30% down payment when placing your order, 70% balance payment before shipment. Delivery: Usually within 30 days of Off Season, within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit. It depends on the machine models and your requirement on packing sizes.
