The guarantee period is 1 year. Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period. Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery depends on machine models and packing size requirements. Usually within 30 days of Off Season, within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit.

What are the costs for technician service abroad?

If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets, accommodation and local transportation. Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
