Payment terms are T/T or L/C. 30% down payment is required when placing your order, and 70% balance payment is due before shipment.

Delivery depends on machine models and packing size requirements. Usually within 30 days of Off Season, and within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit.

What are the costs for technician service abroad?

If buyer needs our technician to fix the machine abroad, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets, accommodation and local transportation. Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.

Our factory is located in Shantou city, Guangdong province, China. Which is a beautiful coastal city in the South-eastern of China. The airport name in our city is Jieyang Airport, airport code SWA and high-speed railway station is Chaoshan Station. It's very convenient to come from Guangzhou city or Shenzhen city.
