Payment terms are T/T and L/C. 30% down payment is required when placing your order, and 70% balance payment is due before shipment.

What is included in the after-sales service?

Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within the warranty period. We also systematically train your engineers about operation and maintenance.

Are there costs for technician visits abroad?

If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets, accommodation and local transportation. Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
