Payment terms include T/T and L/C. 30% down payment is required when placing your order, and 70% balance payment is due before shipment.

What is the warranty policy?

Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period. Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.

What are the costs for overseas technician service?

If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets, accommodation and local transportation. Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
