Q:What kinds of pivots does IRRITECH produce?
A:
We produce fixed center pivots, towable center pivots, and lateral move systems. Fixed systems have a stationary end, towable pivots have 3-4 center wheels for tractor towing, and lateral move systems work linearly.
Q:What is the warranty period for your products?
A:
Warranty covers electrical equipment for 1 year, gearboxes and gear motors for 10 years or 10,000 working hours (whichever expires first). Galvanized equipment is guaranteed for 15 years against corrosion, and tires/rims for 3 years.
Q:How is the pricing determined?
A:
Pricing depends on the machine type (fixed, towable, or lateral), water source (ditch or hose fed), land data, crop types, and necessary sprinklers. We provide a quote based on these specific variables.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept 30% down payment by T/T (wire) or 70% by L/C or T/T before shipment.
Q:How long does manufacturing and shipping take?
A:
Time depends on quantity and specifications. Some machines are in stock, but special orders take longer. Lateral move systems require more time, especially if ditch feed, main cart pump, diesel engine, and alternator are needed.
