Q:What kinds of pivots does IRRITECH produce?
A:
We produce three categories: fixed center pivot, towable center pivot, and lateral move system. Fixed systems have one stationary end; towable pivots have wheels for tractor towing; lateral move systems work linearly.
Q:What is the warranty period for your products?
A:
Warranty covers electrical equipment for 1 year, gearboxes and gear motors for 10 years or 10,000 working hours (whichever expires first). Galvanized equipment is guaranteed for 15 years against corrosion, and tires/rims for 3 years.
Q:How long does manufacturing and shipping take?
A:
Time depends on quantity and specifications. Some machines are in stock. Lateral move systems take longer due to additional components like main cart pumps and diesel engines. We provide estimates after reviewing order details.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept 30% down payment by T/T (wire) or 70% by L/C or T/T before shipment. Other terms include LC, T/T, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:Can these machines operate on rolling or mountainous terrain?
A:
Yes. Center pivot systems work on slopes up to 20%, while lateral move systems work on up to 5% slopes.
